I've read self-help books since 1983 when I first got Shakti Gawain's book 'Creative Visualization'. I found Louise Hay's 'You Can Heal Your Life' in 1999 and within a few weeks, was attending my first workshop. I went on to do the Louise Hay teacher training in Ireland. Then went to San Diego, California on the advanced teacher training course. I have read hundreds of self-help/metaphysical books and attended many different courses in my thirst for knowledge. Now I've put all those years of reading and study to good use, by producing my own workshops based on a mixture of the best of the different teachings and wisdoms available. These are designed to help others to experience the pleasure of personal development , as well as helping them boost their confidence and self-esteem. Alongside the personal development workshops, I've developed meditation groups and provide personal success coaching and corporate training too. I have received Usui/Tibetan Reiki attunements to the level of Master and it's one of my greatest pleasures to be able to give Reiki to others. And new phase of my life has begun, as I am also a registered EFT practitioner now. And I don't think my journey ends here. I'm sure there's more to learn. I don't believe we're here on this earth to suffer. I believe we're here to live a full and fantastic life and whatever method I come across that works for me and helps me do this in wonderful ways, I will pass on to help others do the same.
