  • WHAT DO WE MEAN BY GOD ?
    I would like to start this article by quoting and referring to
    certain sage philosophers, to try and give some weight to
    a universe of spirit, in contrast with certain atheists today
    who seem only equipped to debunk the religions of the world
    but who cannot engage with much deeper spiritual understandings.
  • KNOWING WHO AND WHAT WE ARE :
    True mysticism, ( the reason for the poems that follow,) can be defined as a classical or scholarly understanding, in contrast with its degenerated and much abused use today, of any loose connection with the occult.
  • WHY BOTHER WITH CLIMATE CHANGE :(Spiritual conclusion)
    Exponential growth.That is the way of life we are adapted to. An infinite way of living on a finite planet. A way that is like a fast runaway train, heading towards a buffered terminal, waiting to stop us.
  • FROM THE MYSTICSEED :
    Most people, to some degree, question their lives inwardly at some time.
    To that kind of degree do I philosophise, for my nature is to express itself
    or no - self, in poetry. ‘ Too much philosophy clips the angel’s wings ‘ !
    Many years ago, the most fundamental question for me was, ‘do ‘ I ‘ live
    or am I being lived’.
  • THE VESSEL MUST BE EMPTY TO BE FILLED
    Thought is the opposite of true meditation and in our world
    it hardly ever stops. We need a new religion, a new philosophy
    and therefore, a new awareness of the world, fit for this
    twenty first century. A century where each one of us may begin
    to intuit and feel the world as a whole, so that our lives have
    meaning.
  • NON DUALITY
    The sage philosopher, Alan Watts, in his book ' The Joyous Cosmology '
    states, ' consciousness peers out from a centre which it cannot see -
    and that is the root of the matter ' .
    What am I to make of that, I thought. In the first place I wondered, who
    or what is it that wants to make sense of it ?
  • HEAVEN IS NOT LOCATION :
    Imagine if you will, that your true essence is like
    dark infinite space, which represents your true self
    and is also the biological expression of your forgetfulness
    of life, prior to your birth. In short, your being in the
    world, but not knowing, what or who you are.
