Trusting Premonitions About Manifestations

By:

I have been needing some good all around shoes to wear at work. You know, the well-padded leather shoe that is as comfortable as a tennis shoe but still matches your brown belt.

I have always had trouble finding shoes since I am smaller than the average man and I wear a size 7-½ shoe. Since I always have trouble finding shoes I decided this would be a good opportunity to try a manifestation. So, I did my little manifestation technique and began to get premonitions about how the manifestation would come about. I began to see a woman helping me and even how the shoe would look etc. Then I began adding/forcing my own analytical thoughts about where I would find these shoes.

Cut the scene to me driving to work that same day. I am driving down the street when I look up at a sign I have never seen before with not one but two shoe stores listed on it. I “know” as soon as I see the sign that this is the place I need to return to get the shoes I am manifesting. Only I am stubborn, I insist on trying to manifest my shoes at the other, more logical location.

Later in the day I go to this more logical location and a man helps me, (not in my premonition). Of course, I don’t find the shoes I am after. I still know in the back of my head where I need to go.

The next day I go to the place that I “know” I was supposed to go from the premonition and the “signs” (pun intended) that the FORCE gave me. As I am turning into the parking lot I see the store I know I am suppose to go to but I visit the other shoe store located across the parking lot first. Of course, the first store I visit doesn’t have the shoes I am looking for. So, I finally get myself to the store that my intuition has been telling me all along, “Your shoes are there dummy.”

I go into the store, walk right up to the shoes I need, they look exactly like my premonition and they are the only pair in 7 ½ size.

Lesson: Listen to your intuition after manifesting, and don’t be too married to how the event should logically take place. I inconvenienced myself because I didn’t trust my premonitions. You would think I would have learned by now. I always get premonitions about how my manifestations will come about after I put the desire out there. For some reason I want to tell the universe how the manifestation should occur instead of just listening to my intuition and snapping to the synchronicities that are the bread crumbs that lead right to the unanalyzed, illogical, makes no sense but I knew it all along, materialization of my wish.
